Crypto futures data and alerts in Cursor
Cursor can read crypto perpetual futures data from DEBYKO: the funding rate and open interest of every listing on 16 venues, stored as each venue published it, and alerts in Telegram or a webhook written as DQL rules.
DEBYKO is a remote MCP server: Cursor connects to https://mcp.debyko.com/mcp and signs in with your DEBYKO account (OAuth; a new email address opens a Free
account, no card). Nothing is installed.
The install link
Section titled “The install link”Open this link on the computer where Cursor runs and confirm in Cursor:
cursor://anysphere.cursor-deeplink/mcp/install?name=debyko&config=eyJ1cmwiOiJodHRwczovL21jcC5kZWJ5a28uY29tL21jcCJ9config is base64 of {"url":"https://mcp.debyko.com/mcp"}, in the format of Cursor’s MCP install links.
The Add to Cursor item in the AI menu at the top of every DEBYKO page is the same link.
By hand
Section titled “By hand”Add the server to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (every project) or .cursor/mcp.json (this project), as Cursor’s MCP documentation describes:
{"mcpServers":{"debyko":{"url":"https://mcp.debyko.com/mcp"}}}Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Open Customize in Cursor’s sidebar, find debyko among the MCP servers and press Connect. A DEBYKO page opens in the browser: sign in with the code sent to your email and choose Allow. DEBYKO’s page names Cursor and says that a desktop app cannot be verified, so allow only a connection you started yourself.
A prompt for Cursor’s chat
Section titled “A prompt for Cursor’s chat”Paste it into Cursor’s chat; Cursor can write mcp.json for you:
Help me connect DEBYKO to Cursor. If you can open https://debyko.com/skill, read it; if you can't, say so and use the steps here. DEBYKO is a remote MCP server with crypto perpetual-futures market data (16 venues). Endpoint: https://mcp.debyko.com/mcp, OAuth, free account by email code, no card. Easiest: open cursor://anysphere.cursor-deeplink/mcp/install?name=debyko&config=eyJ1cmwiOiJodHRwczovL21jcC5kZWJ5a28uY29tL21jcCJ9 and confirm. Otherwise add to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or .cursor/mcp.json in this project) — you may write it for me: {"mcpServers":{"debyko":{"url":"https://mcp.debyko.com/mcp"}}}. Then open Customize in Cursor's sidebar → debyko (MCP servers) → Connect: sign in with the email code → Allow. Wait until I say "done", then call `account` and tell me my plan and three things I can ask for.
