Public rules
Agent rules are private until their owner explicitly publishes them. See the Agent rule-sharing steps. Publication never enables a rule or changes execution. Turning publication off hides its page.
A page at https://arena.debyko.com/rules/<slug> shows the saved DQL, evaluation settings and recorded firings for its current version. Counts are emissions, not trades, continuous uptime or a true/false/unknown verdict for every instant. Deleted history and private intervals cannot be reconstructed.
